What if I don’t see the payment in my bank account?
You will receive an email confirmation that your wire transfer has been made. If you have not received an email confirmation yet, that means we have not yet issued payment and you should wait until the expected turnaround time before contacting us.
It can then take up to 1 business day for payments to show up in the table of accounts in your bank feed. For example a payment wired on Friday may not post until Monday. Holidays can also delay the payment from posting.
If it’s been over 1 business day since we emailed you a wire transfer confirmation and you still do not see your payment posted, please open a Support Ticket.
